Albert Crosby

Albert Crosby , age 78, of Baxley died Friday, April 25, 2014, at Appling

Health Care System.

Mr. Crosby was born April 5, 1936, to the late John Henry and Minnie Lee Crosby. He was a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church. He was a retired farmer.

Survivors include his spouse, Wilda Ann Crosby of Baxley; one daughter, Carol Waters of Alma, GA; three sons, Henry Crosby, Wayne Crosby both of Baxley and Richard Crosby of Hazlehurst, GA; four sisters Willene Crosby, Dorthy Carter, Betty Osteen and Emma Lee Deloach all of Baxley GA; and one brother Robert Crosby. Mr. Crosby is also survived by ten grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Sunday, April 27, 2014, at Hopewell United Methodist Church at 4:00 PM with Rev. Buddy Coss, Rev. Tommy Davis, Rev. Bobby Brinkley, and Rev. Brian Brazzell.

Interment will follow in Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be Saturday evening 6:00-8:00 at the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home.
