Anthony Kevin "Tony" Fountain

Anthony Kevin "Tony" Fountain, age 52, of Baxley died Thursday, June 25, 2015.

Mr. Fountain was born September 15, 1962 in Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. He was a member of First Baptist Church and served in the United States Army. Mr. Fountain was an electrician and was preceded in death by a son, Anthony Kevin Fountain, Jr., father, Larry Fountain, step father, Johnny Wallace and sister, Taisha Hicks.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Griffin Fountain of Baxley; two daughters, Tiffany Koehler of Broken Arrow, OK and Chesley Fountaine of Dunn, NC; Mother, Ann Wallace of Dudley; Four sisters, Tara Barrett of Centennial, CO, Tanya Lindsey of Dublin, Dara Eppinette of Monroe, LA and Tina Ivey of MS; Brother, Timy Fountain of Macon; maternal grandmother, Winnie Doyle of Baxley and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 29, 2015 from the First Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Hutcheson, Rev. Doug Weisel & Rev. Robert Wigley officiating.

Interment will follow in Omega Cemetery

Visitation will be Sunday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Swain Funeral Home.

Active pallbearers are Eric Powell, Daron Doyle, Randy Doyle, Seth Yawn, Ricky Lightsey, Lamar Leggett, Randy Pearce and Zach Harrell.

Honorary Pallbearers are the employees of Southern Care Hospice & family & friends.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
