Carol A. Carter, age 73, of Baxley died Sunday, May 8, 2016 at her residence.
Mrs. Carter was born April 20, 1943 in West Virginia. She was preceded in death by her father, Wilbur "Red" McCullough, mother & step-father, Edella & Pete Roederer, her husband, Richard Carter, sister, Micky Sandufer, and brothers, Donnie Roederer & Kenny Roederer.
Survivors include her daughter & son-in-law, Brenda & Rickey Holland of Baxley; sons, Dennis Kiger of Lutz, FL and David Nelson of Baxley; sister, Virgie Price of Weeki Wachee, FL; brothers, Rudy McCullough, Terry McCullough, & Floyd McCullough all of Forest Park; Special friend and a loving caretaker, Deidre Mincey of Baxley. Ten grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews also survive.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
