Diann D. Fulton, age 67, of Baxley died Thursday, July 17, 2014 in the Pavilion.
Mrs. Fulton was born April 21, 1947 in Hamlet, North Carolina. She was a seamstress at Douglas & Harper Mfg. and also worked as a waitress at the Huddle House. Mrs. Fulton was a member of Riverside Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husbands, T.C. Carter & Willie Fulton and parents, Lyman Willis Moody and Mildred Davis Moody.
Survivors include two daughters & sons in law, Tina & Laney Gay and Amy & Ricky Carter all of Baxley; and four grandsons, Logan Gay, Zachary Gay, Ian Carter & Austin "P-nut" Carter all of Baxley; Two sisters, Patricia Danforth & Diana Yutmeyer; Two brothers, Victor Elick & Gene Elick; One Aunt, Nina Elick.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 20, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. from Riverside Baptist Church with the Rev. Justin McLellan officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Fulton will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.
Visitation will be Saturday evening, 6-8 p.m., at Swain Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers will be Logan Gay, Zachary Gay, Ian Carter, Austin "P-nut" Carter, Jason Carter, & Judd Carter.
Honorary pallbearers will be the B-Hall Staff of The Pavilion, Huddle House Employees & Huddle House Friends, & members of the Adult Sunday School Class of Riverside Baptist Church.
Musical selections rendered by Taaffee & Loni Crosby and Glynda Reeves.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
