Edna Earl (Murray) Kennedy

Edna Earl (Murray) Kennedy, age 89, of Bristol, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2023 at her residence.

Ms. Kennedy was born January 28, 1934 in Mulberry, Florida to the late Edward Murray and the late Dosha (Caruthers) Murray.  She was a home health sitter and was a member of the Ephesus Church of God.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry Kennedy; four sons, Robert, Elbert, Ronny, and Charles Peeples; three sisters, Faye Pope, Earline Hunt, and Rosie Smart; two brothers, Robert, and Elbert Murray.

Survivors include her two daughters, Patricia Marvel, and Shirley Newton; three sons, Richard Peeples, Jr., Rocky Peeples, and David Peeples.  Several grandchildren also survive.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 12 :00 PM at the Ephesus Church of God with Rev.  Kevin Kilpatrick officiating.  Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the time of service.
