Eloise Cranford
March 21, 1926 — August 7, 2016
Eloise Cranford, age 90, of Baxley died Sunday August 7, 2016 at The Pavilion.
Miss Cranford was born March 21, 1926 in Eastman to the late Blanton Cortez Cranford Sr. and the late Eunice Taylor Cranford. She was a missionary in India for 27 years and was a member of First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Evelyn Whidby, Willie Mae McCall and Velda Lewis.
Survivors include her brother, Carlton Cranford of Baxley; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 10, at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church. Dr. Tommy Jordan and Rev. Robert Wigley will officiate.
Interment will follow in Miles Chapel Cemetery.
Active pallbearers are Larry McCall, Garret Cranford, Jason Hurst, Stephen Brown, Ken Lewis and Ethan Lewis.
Honorary pallbearers are all in attendance.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
