Ernest Swain Sellers

Ernest Swain Sellers, age 92, of Hazlehurst died April 15, 2016 in Vidalia, Georgia.
Mr. Sellers was born June 28, 1923, in Uvalda, Georgia to the late Ernest Edward Sellers and the late Nina Swain Sellers. He was a member of Oak View Baptist Church. Mr. Sellers proudly served our country in the United States Navy and was self-employed as a dairy farmer. He was preceded in death by his wife Lucille Branch Sellers, and one sister, Shirley Ann Sellers.
Survivors include one daughter, Elaine S. Tuten (Alvin) of Baxley, Georgia; one son, Michael Sellers (Wendy) of Baxley, Georgia; one sister, Nina Claire Reese of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania; one brother, Jim Sellers of Hazlehurst, Georgia; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at 4:00 PM from the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Yawn officiating.
Visitation will be April 17, 2016 3:00-4:00 PM.
Active pallbearers will be Chris Tuten, Shane Sellers, Colby Sellers, Lee Dorman, Jason Lommel, and Lewis Sellers.
