James H. Brazzell

James H. Brazzell, age 65, of Surrency died Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at The Pavilion.
Mr. Brazzell was born October 2, 1949 in Savannah, Georgia to the late Grady Brazzell and the late Barbara Ann Kilpatrick Brazzell. He was a prison guard with Rogers State Prison, a member of Altamaha Baptist Church, and served his country as a member of the National Guard. He was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Jenkins and a nephew, Kevin Jenkins.
Survivors include his two sons, Brian (Kam) Brazzell of Surrency and Brandon Brazzell of Vidalia; a sister, Gloria (Ralph) Benedict of Oxford; and four granddaughters, Hanna, Makaela, Maci, & Abbie Brazzell.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Altamaha Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Brian Brazzell officiating.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
