James Andrew King

James Andrew King, age 43, of Woodstock passed away December 27, 2021 at Northside Cherokee Hospital in Canton.

Mr. King was born June 30, 1978 in Baxley to the late Mark Leon King, Jr. and the late Miriam O’Neal Campbell King. He was a construction worker. In addition to his parents, Mr. King is preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Ashley King.

Survivors include his daughters and son-in-law, Miriam Tessa Ann & Jackson Quarles of Virginia and Solie Gabriell Smith of Baxley; sons, Dustyn Andrew King and Matthew Dyllan King both of Baxley; sister, Kelly Wood of Baxley; and brother and sister-in-law, Mark Leon & Shonna King, III of Baxley.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, December 31, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Pastor Josh Tillman officiating.

Interment will follow in Carter Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Mark King, Josh King, Shawn Lee, Dylan Lee, Zach Stone, and Derek Overstreet.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Swain Funeral Home.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
