Jerry Lewis Sellers

Jerry Lewis Sellers, age 78, of Baxley died Monday, June 6, 2022 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida.

Mr. Sellers was born November 10, 1943 in Appling County to the late Odell Akin Sellers and the late Maggie Lee Lewis Sellers. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a retired night shift manager with Baxley Wilderness Institute. Mr. Sellers was a very loving and patient father and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his son, Tony Sellers of Hazlehurst; brothers, Billy Sellers of Baxley and Stevie Sellers of California; two grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.

A memorial service will be held Friday, June 10, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Bishop Randy Sellers and Pastor Agnes Sellers officiating.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
