Kenneth Lee Gaskins

Kenneth Lee Gaskins, age 69 , of Baxley died Friday, July 24, 2015 at his residence.
Mr. Gaskins was born August 20, 1946 in Appling County to the late Floyd Gaskins and the late Shellie Gaskins. He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Mr. Gaskins was retired from Firestone Tire Company and was owner and operator of Poor Folk Restaurant.
Survivors include three daughters, Kathi Parkerson (Troy) of Alma, Janice Davis (Tony) of Baxley, and Wendy Patton of Baxley; one sister, Lydia Shumake of Baxley; two brothers J.T. Gaskins of Baxley and Olen Rod Gaskins of Baxley; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 26, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. from Swain Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Gardner.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 25, 2015 6:00-8:00 at Swain Funeral Home.
Interment will be in Omega Cemetery.
Active pallbearers are Chris Taylor, Shane Parkerson, Buddy Kersey, Caleb Martin, Nate Davis, and Kyle Hutto.
