Lucinda "Cindy" Bass

Lucinda “Cindy” Graham Bass, age 90, of Hazlehurst passed away Sunday, December 1, 2024 at The Pavilion.

Mrs. Bass was born June 12, 1934 in Alamo to the late Stokes Burch Graham and the late Ollie Hinnant Graham. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and was retired from Southern Bell. Mrs. Bass was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Bass; son, Keith Bass; and a brother, Tommy Graham

Survivors include her son, Burch Lee (JoAnn) Bass of Graham. Two grandchildren, Camey (Chad) Brewer and Ashley (Chris) Mullis; and three great-grandchildren, Levi, Carleigh & Sadie Jo Brewer.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Southside Baptist Church with Rev. Jeffery Spell and Rev. Robert Wigley officiating. Interment will follow in Palms Memorial Gardens.

Active pallbearers will be Levi Brewer, Chad Brewer, Chris Mullis, TM Bridges, Brian Bridges and Brent Bridges.

A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
