Mary B. Hutcheson

Mary B. Hutcheson, age 74, of Baxley died Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah.
Mrs. Hutcheson was born December 25, 1939 in Appling Co. to the late Clayton Butler and the late Sarah Clois Mixon Butler. She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy and retired from insurance sales. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lee Hutcheson and a son, Jamie Hutcheson.
Survivors include Son, Jeffery L. Hutcheson of Baxley; Sister, Geneva Walker of Perry, FL, Laverne Hardy of Baxley, Latrelle Colson of Hazlehurst, and Rhonda Stringfellow of Perry, FL; Brother, Tony Butler of Baxley; grandchildren, Brandon Hutcheson, Amber Hutcheson, Morgan Hutcheson, & Amanda Hutcheson; eight nieces & nephews; & special friends, Mary Mixon.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 18th at 2:00 p.m. at The Church of God of Prophecy with Rev. John Hutto, Rev. Dannie Hix, Rev. Karl Sexton, Rev. Charles Hutcheson, & Rev. Kenny Hutcheson officiating. Interment will follow at Baxley Graveyard.
Mrs. Hutcheson will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.
Visitation will be Thursday evening, 6-8 p.m., at Swain Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers will be Phillip Woods, Justin Kapp, Johnnie Jackson, Tony Arcuri, Allen Stephens, & Harley Spires.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
