Reynold Louis Ferrari

Reynold Louis "Rey" Ferrari, age 89, of Baxley who died Saturday, October 24, 2015 at his residence.
Mr. Ferrari was born September 3, 1926 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Geralamo Matteo Ferrari and the late Clelia Marie Fugazzi Ferrari. He was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and was an accountant. He was a veteran of the United States Navy having served in WWII and was preceded in death by his wife, Veronica Ethel Ferrari, and daughter, Lisa Marie Ferrari.
Survivors include daughters, Jean Marie Adams of Baxley and Christine Marie Greenwood of Texas; sons, Thomas Jude Ferrari of Brooklet and James Joseph Ferrari of Roswell; 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 29 at 11:00 AM from St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.Father Rafael Estrada will officiate. Mr. Ferrari will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the funeral service.
Burial will follow in Omega Cemetery.
Active pallbearers are Thomas J. Ferrari, James J. Ferrari, Randall Garret Ferrari, Zachary Forrest Adams, Matthew Cook Adams, and Noah Leirson Adams.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 PM at Swain Funeral Home.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
