Richard Frederick Carter

Richard Frederick Carter, age 73, of Baxley died February 4, 2013 at his residence.


Mr. Carter was born September 8, 1940, in Louisville, KY and was the son of the late Bonnie Carter and the late Jane Alice Williams Carter. He was retired from Overhead Doors and was preceded in death by his sister, Carol Carter, and his brothers, Greg & Ronnie Carter.


Survivors: wife, Carol Ann McCullough Carter of Baxley; daughters, Tracy Carter and Bonnie Carter both of Louisville, KY and Brenda (Ricky) Holland of Baxley; sons, Dennis Kiger of Lutz, FL and David Nelson of Baxley; ten grandchildren; & 17 great grandchildren.


A memorial service will be hald at a later date.
