Robbie Lou (Norris) Wood

Robbie Lou Norris Wood, age 71, of Baxley died Saturday, December 28, 2019 in Pruitt Health in Savannah.

Ms. Wood was born January 23, 1948 in Coffee County to the late Robert William “R. W.” Norris and the late Carolyn Louise Hester Norris. She was a cosmetologist prior to becoming a security guard for St. Joseph/Candler Health System. In addition to her parents, Ms. Wood was preceded in death by a brother, Donnie Norris.

Survivors include her brother, Mike Norris of Baxley; two nieces, Makiddian Jade Norris of Baxley and Amber Davis Norris of Maryland; and a nephew, Michael Isaac Norris of Baxley. Four great nieces and nephews also survive.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
