Robert Everett Swails, age 46, of Blackshear died Wednesday, May 31, 2017.
Mr. Swails was born October 11, 1970 in Wayne County. He was an outdoorsman, loved to grill and have fun with friends and family and was a carpenter. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dewey & Waunell Lightsey.
Survivors include his mother, Carolyn Robbins & husband, Herman of Blackshear; father, Robert Swails & wife, Kim of Jesup; sister & brother in law, Christy & Matt Batten of Odum; a niece, nephew & cousins also survive.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Rev. Rodney O’Quinn officiating & a eulogy by Angela Ingram.
Interment will follow in Zion Church of God Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Matt Batten, Gage Batten, Bryan Robbins and Harold Turner.
Visitation will be one hour prior to funeral service.
Arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
