Rose White Boatright

Rose White Boatright, age 67, of Baxley died Tuesday, January 6, 2015.
Mrs. Boatright was born May 18, 1947 in Jesup, Georgia to the late Gaston White and the late Orien Carson White. She was a member of Satilla Baptist Church and was also preceded in death by her brother J. W. "Dub" White and a sister, Peggy Chancey.
Survivors include her husband, Larry W. Boatright of Baxley; sons, Tracey W. Boatright and Roger Herrington both of Baxley; sisters, Helen W. Kanavage of Augusta and Fannie Mae (Earl) McDaniel of Baxley; three grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 9, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Davis, Rev. Tommy Daniels, & Rev. Rick Brown officiating and a Eulogy by Van Kanavage.
Interment will follow in the White Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Van Kanavage, Chad McDaniel, Jayson Chancey, Kerry Crummey, Skipper Plemons & Stevie Johnson.
Honorary Pallbearers are all friends in attendance.
Visitation will be Thursday, 6-8 p.m., at Swain Funeral Home.
