Teresa Lynn Perry

Teresa Lynn Perry, age 48, died Saturday, April 2, 2016, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah, GA.
Mrs. Perry was born June 30, 1967 in Cornelia, GA and is preceded in death by her mother, Judy Elaine Parker and her father Sammy L Parker. She was employed by Appling Health Care System and Comfort Care Hospice.
Survivors include, two sons; Mikel Caleb Perry (Jennifer Brooks) and Matthew Cody (Kristin Danielle) Perry both of Baxley; one half sister, Tonya Martin of Cleveland, GA; two grandmothers, Lillian Pruitt of Mt. Airy, GA and Lucille Perry of Baxley. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Kaylynn Rebecca Davis and Kirstan Danielle Perry both of Baxley.
A Memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at Swain Funeral Home with Rev. David Herndon and Rev. Justin McLellan officiating.
