Timothy Wayne Scott

Timothy Wayne Scott, age 63, of Baxley passed away Friday, November 29, 2024 at Appling Healthcare. 

Mr. Scott was born January 17, 1961 in Chatham County to the late Wilbur Scott, Sr. and the late Corine Williams Scott. He was a retired carpenter. Mr. Scott was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Forehand Scott and his siblings, Nancy Simmons, Anita Scott, Wilbur Scott, Jr., and Mark Scott. 

Survivors include his children, Tracy (Chris) Medlin and Randall “Bubba” Mock both of Baxley, Tammy Niedlinger of Monroe, NC, and Trena Mock of Waxsaw, NC; special nieces, June Mathews of Baxley and Tori Scott of Sylvania; six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive. 

Upon Mr. Scott’s request, there will be no public memorial service. 

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
